What we collect
When you sign in with Google we store your name, email address and profile picture to create your account. When you connect a YouTube channel we store the channel name, id and the access tokens Google gives us so the app can upload videos on your behalf. We store the videos, scripts, voiceovers, images and thumbnails you create, your plan and credit balance, and payment status from our payment processor. We do not store card numbers.
How we use Google user data
Faceless Studio uses the YouTube Data API to read your channel details (to adapt videos to your channel) and to upload videos and thumbnails you ask us to publish. We use this data only to provide these features. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except the service providers below. Faceless Studio's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account permissions or by disconnecting the channel in the app.
Service providers
Google's handling of data through YouTube API Services is described in the Google Privacy Policy. We use session cookies to keep you signed in.
To make your videos we send your scripts and prompts to AI model providers, your text to a voice synthesis provider, and your prompts to image and music generation providers. Payments are processed by Stripe. Files are stored on our hosting provider. These providers process data only to deliver the service.
Retention and deletion
Your projects stay in your account until you delete them. You can delete your account and all data by emailing support; we remove it within 30 days. Disconnecting YouTube immediately deletes the stored channel connection, including its tokens and channel details.
